Director of Partnerships and user acquisition, Product lead, ffwd dating
First hire at high-growth dating app, initially brought on to oversee user acquisition efforts in the NYC area. Role expanded to cover user retention, prompting independent redesign of the digital app and webpage, as well as complete takeover of socials. Changes drove over 5000 downloads, and user engagement and retention increased over 75%.
