I'm Charlotte — a growth marketer based in New York, originally from San Francisco. (I have strong opinions about both bagels and burritos, and I'm keeping them to myself.)
I studied Anthropology in college, which I thought was a useless degree until I realized it's basically the foundation of everything I do: understanding people, what motivates them, and how to build things they actually want.
These days I head growth and marketing at Sitch, an AI-powered matchmaking app — running paid acquisition across multiple U.S. markets, building lifecycle and CRM strategy, running growth led product, and doing the unglamorous data work that makes it all legible. I care a lot about the intersection of creative and conversion: the copy matters, the targeting matters, the product matters, and so does the spreadsheet that tells you what to fix first.
